柔性聚脲壳体微胶囊相变材料的制备与表征 被引量:2

摘要 采用界面聚合法以苯乙烯马来酸酐共聚物钠盐为乳化分散剂,硬脂酸丁酯为囊芯,以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和二乙烯三胺聚合制备了一种环保的柔性聚脲壳体微胶囊相变材料(MPCM)。SEM测试表明,所制备微胶囊颗粒呈球形分布,壳体具有良好的柔性,平均粒径为4~8μm。MPCM的熔融温度为29.5℃,熔融热焓为78.6J/g,储热性能明显,胶囊化后的结晶曲线出现双放热峰,产生过冷结晶的现象。所制备的MPCM具有较好的热稳定性和致密性,芯材壁材比对微胶囊的热稳定性有较大影响,芯材壁材比越低,致密性越好。 Flexible polyurea shell microencapsulated phase change materials(MPCM)with environmental friendlywere prepared by interfacial polymerization using isophorone diisocyanate and diethylenetriamine as reactive monomer,with sodium salt of styrene maleic anhydride copolymer and butyl stearate as emulsifier and core material respectively.SEM results indicated that the prepared microcapsules hadgood flexibility andspherical shape,the average particle size was 4~8μm.MPCM hadan obviously latent heat storage performance,the melting temperature and enthalpy were 29.5℃and 78.6J·g^(-1),respectively.The crystallization curve of MPCM appears double exothermic peak,supercooling phenomenon occurred.MPCMpreparedhadgood thermal stability and compactness.The core/shell ratio hadgreat influence on the thermal stability and compactness of MPCM,the compactness increased with the decreased of core/shell ratio.
