二醋酸纤维/OMMT复合增强纳米纤维膜及其过滤性能研究

摘要 采用静电纺丝技术,在聚酯(PET)非织造基材表面在线复合了二醋酸/有机蒙托土(OMMT)增强复合纳米纤维膜。利用透射电镜分析了OMMT片层在二醋酸纤维纳米纤维中的分布;测试分析了OMMT添加量对纤维形貌以及机械性能的影响;并对复合纤维过滤材料的过滤性能进行了测试。结果表明:OMMT的添加量为1%时,其在纤维中分散均匀,纤维强度为原来的1.5倍。但是,过量的OMMT添加,会使其团聚,使得纤维直径变细且纤维出现珠节,不利于其强度的增加。而珠节的出现,不利于保持复合滤料高效的过滤性能。 Cellulose acetate/OMMT nanofiber membranes were produced by eletrospinning.Then the membranes were combined with nonwoven substrates to get the composite membranes.The distributions of OMMT in the fibers were studied by TEM.The strength of nanofiber membranes and the fiber surface morphologies with different content of OMMT were studied.The filtration efficiency and filtration drop of composite membranes were measured.The result showed that,the distribution of OMMT was homogeneous and the strength of fiber became 1.5 times as the original when the content of OMMT was 1%.But the agglomeration would happen when the excess OMMT added.The fiber diameter was thinner than the original and the beads appeared in fiber membranes,which was harmful to keep the filtration efficiency of membranes.
