摘要
通过溶液插层法和静电纺丝技术制备聚丙烯腈/蒙脱土(PAN-MMT)复合纳米纤维膜,测试了其对亚甲基蓝的吸附行为。研究了吸附过程中的吸附时间、溶液酸碱度、染液初始浓度等影响因素对吸附平衡量的影响,并对PANMMT复合纳米纤维膜的吸附行为和等温线模型进行模拟。结果表明,PAN-MMT纳米纤维膜在40℃条件下,吸附5h后达到吸附平衡;当亚甲基蓝的初始浓度为80mg/L时,吸附量最大,达到23.90mg/g;当溶液pH=11时,纳米纤维膜对亚甲基蓝染液的脱色率最大,可达到100%;PAN-MMT复合纳米纤维膜的吸附行为遵循拟二级动力学模型和Langmuir等温线模型。
Polyacrylonitrile/montmorillonite(PAN/MMT)nanocomposite was prepared by solution interaction method and electrospinning technology and its adsorption behavior of methylene blue was evaluated.Influence of factors as adsorption time,the acid-base property and initial concentration of methylene blue on the equilibrium adsorption capacity were studied in detail.Meanwhile,the adsorption behavior and isotherm model of PAN-MMT were investigated.The results indicated that PAN-MMT nanocomposite adsorbing methylene blue reached the equilibrium at 40℃,in 5h.The maximum adsorbing capacity of 23.90mg/g was obtained when initial concentration was 80mg·g^(-1).When the solution pH was 11,the removal efficiencyis better than that of pH7.It was found that the mechanism of PAN-MMT nanocomposite absorbing methylene blue was fitted to the pseudo-second-order-model and Langmuir isotherm model.
