以四氯化钛-乙腈为中间体的纯锐钛型纳米TiO_2制备研究

摘要 以四氯化钛为原料,将四氯化钛滴入乙腈中生成四氯化钛-乙腈中间体(黄色粉体),然后采用常温晶化方法探索了制备纯锐钛矿型纳米TiO_2的可能性。结果表明:四氯化钛-乙腈中间体为四氯化钛与乙腈的配合物,采用该配合物加水在95℃回流3~9h,产物经离心、烘干即得纯锐钛矿型纳米TiO_2。所得产物的粒径主要分布在1~4nm,比表面积在(158.2~206.2)m^2/g之间。X射线衍射和透射电镜等测试结果显示粒子晶化良好,为锐钛矿型纳米TiO_2。 The possibility to prepare pure anatase nano-TiO2 by simple path using titanium tetrachloride as raw materials through TiCl4-acetonitrile precursor was presented.XRD,HTEM and BET were used to characterize the nano TiO2.Results showed that the precursor was easily transferred into pure anatase nano-TiO2 after it reacted with water at 95℃ during 3~9h,and no other addition agent was needed.The particle size of nano-TiO2 was 1~4nm with the surface area of (158.2~206.2)m^2/g.In a typical preparation,10.0mL was firstly dropped into the flash containing 100.0mL acetonitrile,then 10.0mL pure water was added into the flash and the flash was refluxed at 95℃ for 9h.The obtained white product was centrifuged and dried at 120℃ for 0.5 h at last.
