摘要
以Mn(Ac)_2·4H_2O为锰源,采用低温水热法制备了规则形貌Mn_3O_4。探讨了反应温度、溶液极性(乙醇和乙二醇的加入)、表面活性剂的种类对产物形貌的影响。采用X-射线衍射和扫描电镜技术对产物进行了表征。同时,采用循环伏安法测试了Mn_3O_4的电容性质。结果表明:在充放电过程中,Mn_3O_4经历了向MnO_2转变的过程。循环700圈后,其比电容值达到171F/g。
Mn3O4 with regular morphology was prepared by a low-temperature hydrothermal method with Mn(Ac)2·4H2O as manganese source.The effects of reaction temperature,the polarity of solution(the addition of C2H5 OH and(CH2OH)2,the type of surfactants on the morphology of products were investigated.And the products were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.Meanwhile,the capacitive property of Mn3O4 was measured by cyclic voltammetry.The results indicated that Mn3O4 was gradually changed to MnO2 during the charge-discharge process and the specific capacitive valve reached 171F/g after 700 cycles.
