摘要
以钛酸丁酯配制的TiO_2溶胶为前驱体,用聚苯乙烯(PS)微球团聚体作为模板,利用层层自组装技术获得了TiO_2/PS复合颗粒。复合颗粒经高温煅烧后进一步得到了大孔结构TiO_2颗粒。利用扫描电子显微镜、Fourier红外光谱仪、比表面及孔径分析仪等对TiO_2/PS复合颗粒及大孔结构TiO_2颗粒进行表征。通过光催化降解甲基橙实验评价大孔结构TiO_2颗粒在紫外光条件下的催化活性,实验表明,大孔结构TiO_2颗粒的催化效率较相同制备条件下的粉体TiO_2大大提高。
TiO2/PS composite materials were fabricated through a layer-layer self-assembly method using polystyrene(PS)as templates and TiO2 sol prepared from tetrabutyl titanate as precursor.Macroporous TiO2 structures were obtained simply by incinerating TiO2/PS composite at 500℃for 2h.SEM,FT-IR and BET analysis were adopted to characterize TiO2/PS and macroporous TiO2.The photocatalytic performance of macroporous TiO2 was investigated through degradation of methyl orange under UV irradiation.The results showed that the photocatalytic activity of macroporous TiO2 structures was much higher than TiO2 powder obtained under the same preparation conditions.
