河北省乳制品加工业发展现状及对策研究

The Current Situation and Countermeasures of Dairy Processing Industry in Hebei Province

面对国外乳制品的冲击,河北省乳制品加工企业生存发展状况严峻。通过对河北省乳制品生产、液态奶产量、奶粉产量近年来的变化及企业的盈亏情况进行分析,得出河北省乳制品加工业存在原奶收购市场集中度高、产品同质化严重、本土乳制品企业技术创新能力不足、外埠品牌的广告力度远胜于本土品牌、未与养殖环节形成紧密的利益联结机制等问题,并为政府和企业更好地解决上述问题提出建议。

Facing the impact of foreign dairy products, it is grim that the dairy processing enterprises in Hebei province develop. Through the analysis of profit-loss and production, there are some problems in the dairy industry in Hebei Province, as high concentration of raw milk market, the homogeneity of products, lack of technology innovation ability, lack of advertising investment and profit mechanism with farming areas. At last, the paper put forward some suggestions for the government and enterprises to better solve the problem.
