摘要
采用有机硅聚氨酯树脂和氟硅烷改性硅溶胶共混整理液浸渍涤/棉织物,得到高疏水性的整理织物。SEM表明,整理后织物表面成膜均匀,并且具有一定的粗糙性。当改性硅溶胶质量分数为23.5%时,接触角达到最佳145°。该整理织物在-10、140℃的极端环境中处理后,接触角仍保持在145°;经过200次干摩擦后,织物仍拥有135°的接触角,表现出良好的耐寒、耐热和耐摩损性。
The hydrophobic coated polyester/cotton fabric is successfully prepared by dipping the fabric into the polysiloxane-polyurethane and the fluorosilane modified silica sol. The results of SEM photos show that a uniform membrane is formed on the surface, and the surface has some rough structures. The contact angle is up to 145° when the content of the modified silica sol is 23.5%. Additionally, the con- tact angle is maintained at 145° even after exposed to extreme environment at -10 ℃and 140℃. After abrasion for 200 cycles, the coated fabric still has good hydrophobicity with the contact angle of 135°.
