涤/棉针织布漂棉染涤—浴工艺

Cotton peroxide bleaching and polyester dyeing in one bath of polyester/cotton knits

采用碱性分散染料和一浴多功能助剂,在高温氧漂浴中对涤棉针织物进行练染一浴加工。优化的练染一浴工艺为:染料x%、RY-209B 1.5~2 g/L、双氧水4~6 g/L、125~135℃处理30~50 min。生产实践表明,练染一浴加工后,织物的白度、毛效、强力、色牢度等各项指标均合格。与传统二浴工艺对比,练染一浴工艺省水、省时、降成本,每吨布减少染色费用450元。

Scouring and dyeing process of T/C fabric is carried out in one bath with alkali disperse dyes and multifunctional agents. The optimized one-bath scouring and dyeing process is dyes x%, multi-func- tional agent RY-209B 1.5-2 g/L, peroxide hydrogen 4N6 g/L, and treating at 125-135 ℃ for 30N50 min. Practical production shows that T/C fabrics with one-bath scouring and dyeing process have qualified performances in whiteness, capillary effect, strength and color fastness. Compared with traditional two- bath process, the new one-bath process features water-, time- and cost- savings, which can reduce the dyeing cost of 450 RMB per ton fabric.
