粘胶/锦纶交织物的雅格欣红同色染色

Union dyeing of viscose/nylon mixture with Argasyn dyestuffs

将粘胶和锦纶织物置于同一染浴中,采用新型环保染料雅格欣红模拟粘胶/锦纶交织物染色,分析了氯化钠用量、固色时间、浴比、碳酸钠用量以及上染时间等因素对粘胶和锦纶染色K/S值及同色性的影响。优化的同浴染色工艺为:雅格欣红1%(omf)、氯化钠40 g/L、碳酸钠4 g/L、上染温度98℃、上染时间30 min、固色温度80℃、固色时间50 min、浴比1∶50。试验结果表明,采用该工艺对粘胶和锦纶织物同浴染色,可获得良好的同色性和色牢度,同色平衡值K接近1。

The viscose and nylon fabrics are immersed together into dye bath to imitate one-bath dyeing of viscose/nylon blends with Argasyn reactive dyes. Effects of sodium chloride concentrations, dyeing and fixing time, the amount of sodium carbonate and bath ratio on the K/S value and union color of the dyeings are analyzed, and the optimized process is determined as follows： Argasyn Reactive Red 1%（omf）, sodium chloride 40 g/L, sodium carbonate 4 g/L, dyeing at 98℃ for 30 min, and fixing at 80℃ for 50 min, bath ratio 1：50. The results show that the dyed viscose and nylon fabrics in one bath feature excellent union dyeing property and the balance value of union dyeing K≈1.
