摘要
主动配电系统是未来配电网发展的趋势。随着电力体制改革不断深化,更多具有随机性的分布式电源以微网群形式并入配网;与此同时,各种售电主体在电力市场环境下的利益博弈,给传统的经济调度带来巨大挑战。为此,针对含多微网主动配电系统的分散自治特点,提出一种基于目标级联分析理论的优化调度模型和求解方法,基本思路为:依据利益主体的不同,以生产效益最优为目标,采用机会约束描述分布式电源出力、负荷预测误差等多种不确定性因素。在对配网与微网调度的精细化建模基础上,引入目标级联分析方法,将微网与配网作为不同利益主体,通过联络线功率等效为虚拟发电机与虚拟负荷实现配网与微网运行的解耦,并实现微网自治模型与配网优化模型的并行求解。基于改进的IEEE33节点系统和某实际配电网的算例表明,目标级联分析法应用于含多微网主动配电系统的动态经济调度是有效的,且计算效率和收敛性都能得到满足。
The active distribution system (ADS) is the development tendency of distribution network (DN). With the continuous deepening of the reformation of electric power system, more and more distributed energy resource access to distribution network in multi-mierogrids (/rIGs) manner. At the same time, the interest game between DN and MGs brings a huge challenge for power system economic dispatching. As for the strong decentralized and autonomous characteristic of ADS, this paper proposed an autonomy optimization model of active distribution system with multi-microgrids based on analytical target cascading (ATC) theory. The basic idea of this paper is as follow: depending on the different interest subjects, the optimization model of DN and MGs are formulated in great detail, which take the goal to maximize the economy benefit. Various uncertain factors are taken into account by using chance constrained programming. ATC theory is applied to deal with the decoupling of DN and MGs by modeling the tie-line flow as a pseudo generator and a pseudo load that MGs and DN could autonomously utilize their generation resources to optimize their own operation. A modified IEEE 33 system and an actual region power grid are studied to show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
