摘要
针对钢坯加热过程中炉温控制存在严重的外部随机扰动问题,提出一种基于重置状态观测器的加热炉随机扰动自抗扰控制方法,其核心思想是将随机扰动对炉温控制系统状态的影响归结为对输出的影响,并进行主动补偿.首先,设计一个自适应重置状态观测器来快速跟踪系统的状态;其次,设计一个随机扰动估计器来估量这些扰动,并补偿于系统的输入通道;最后,设计基于重置状态观测器的加热炉随机扰动自抗扰控制系统,并进行数值仿真验证所提出方法的有效性和优越性.
This paper presents an active disturbance rejection control method for stochastic disturbance suppression in the heating furnace based on the reset state observer, aimsing to solve the problem that serious disturbance exists in the temperature control of heating furnace. The main idea of this method is that the influence of stochastic disturbance on the states is reduced to that on the output and is compensated actively. Firstly, an active reset state observer is designed to track the states of plant quickly. Then, a stochastic disturbance estimator is designed to estimate the value of these disturbance which is put to the input channel. Finally, the active disturbance rejection control system for stochastic disturbance suppression in the heating furnace based on reset state observer is designed. Simulation result shows the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed approach.
