城市视角下农民工落户行为的决策要素——基于不同类型城市的比较研究

A Comparative Study on the Settlement Behavior of Migrant Workers in Different Types of Cities

对我国五种类型城市1618名农民工的城市落户现状调查数据进行分析,揭示了城市特征对农民工落户行为的影响。研究表明:总体来说,城市社会经济发展、城市社会融合、农民工子女入学政策和城市户籍政策宣传均显著影响农民工落户行为,而城市压力没有显著影响。不同类型城市的比较研究发现,在超大和特大城市,良好经济社会发展状况极大地吸引着农民工进城落户,相反大城市、中等和小城市,经济社会发展状况对农民工的落户行为影响甚微;而农民工子女入学政策仅在超大城市有显著作用;城市社会融合以及户籍政策宣传在各类型城市均能促进农民工落户行为,同时,城市压力依然在各类型城市不存在影响效果。在此基础上提出了进一步推进农民工城市落户的对策建议。

Based on the nationwide survey data about the present settlement situation of 1618 migrant workers in five types of city, this paper explores the impact of city characteristics on settlement behavior of migrant workers. The study shows that Urban economic and social development, Urban social integration, Educational policy concerning children of migrant workers and Advocacy on urbanhousehold registration policy have significant impact on the settlement behavior of migrant workers from the overall urban data. Moreover, Urban pressure has no significant effect~ Inview of different types of cities, urban social integration and the household registration policy advocacy can effectively promote the settlement behavior. In super city and mega city, migrant workers are greatly attracted by the urban economic and social development; but only in super city, the stringency of educational policy will boost the settlement enthusiasm. According to research results, some countermeasures and suggestions have been put forward to promote the urban settlement of migrant workers.
