摘要
地区适宜性是决定异质性企业区位选择的重要因素,对经济活动的空间布局也有显著影响,但目前还没有研究考察地区适宜性在异质性企业的区位选择和资本流动中的作用,及其对地方引资绩效的影响。本文以自由资本模型为基础,建立一般均衡模型对以上问题进行分析,并运用实际经济数据对研究结论进行检验。研究发现地区适宜性能影响向心力与离心力的作用效果,进而改变异质性企业的区位选择和经济活动的空间布局。外围地方政府改善地区适宜性的公共投资政策可以抑制空间分类效应,相对于传统的直接补贴等措施可能具有更好的引资效果。
Regional amenity exerts significant impact on location choice of heterogeneous firms as well as spatial distribution of economy. So far there have been very few studies on the role of regional amenity in location choice and capital flows of heterogeneous firms, and on the impact of amenity on the local investment performance. Basing on the FC model, this paper founds a general equilibrium model to study these topics. The conclusion demonstrates that finns migration influenced by amenity, which will change the spatial sorting effects resulted from firm heterogeneity. The public investment policies improving the gain from amenity of periphery may overcome spatial sorting effects, and maybe a better choice for peripheral government to attract investment.
