制造企业价值链整合效果影响因素研究

Research on Influencing Factors of Effect of Integrating Manufacturing Enterprises' Value Chains

面对工业4.0和《中国制造2025》的挑战,越来越多的制造企业通过价值链整合来实现转型;而了解价值链整合的影响因素及其对整合效果的作用,是有效提高企业价值链整合效果的关键。本文应用波特价值链理论对价值链整合过程进行分析,归纳出影响制造企业价值链整合效果的直接影响因素(整合能力、价值链整合模式)和间接影响因素(企业资源禀赋、企业战略),提出五个假设并构建了理论模型。选择我国259家制造企业作为研究对象,运用结构方程模型(SEM)对假设进行了检验并对模型进行了修正。检验结果接受了全部五项假设,得到了各影响因素的效应大小及因素之间的相互作用关系;并通过模型修正发现:整合能力、企业资源禀赋均与企业战略存在共生关系,并在此基础上对制造企业实施价值链整合提出了相应的建议。

In the face of the challenge of industry 4 and ＂ made in China＂, more and more manufacturers realize the transformation through the integration of value chain. Therefore, the key to improve the effect of enterprise value chain integration is to understand the influence factors of value chain integration and their effect on the integration effect. This paper use the Potter value chain theory to analyze the value chain integration process, summed up the factors directly affect the manufacturing enterprise value chain integration effect （integration ability, value chain integration mode） and the indirect influencing factors （enterprise resource, enterprise strategy）, put forward five hypotheses and construct a theoretical model. Using data from 259 manufacturing companies in China as the research object. The structural equation model （SEM） was used to test the hypothesis and the model was modified. The results of the test were accepted by all five hypotheses, and the relationship between the size of the influence factors and the factors were obtained. The results show that there is a symbiotic relationship between integration ability, enterprise resource endowment and enterprise strategy. On this basis, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the value chain integration of manufacturing enterprises.
