法律文本中法治教育表述的瑕疵与改进

The Defects and Improvement of the Expression of Rule of Legal Education in Legal Texts

法治教育已经被纳入国民教育序列,其地位和意义已经获得全社会的共识。但是,在我国现行的法律文本中,对法治教育的规定仍然欠缺规范性,集中体现在权利和义务内容的空缺,导致涉及法治教育的条款流于倡导和宣言,严重制约了法治教育的实践推进。为此,应当尽快在法律文本中改进法治教育表述的瑕疵,制定法治教育的纲要和具体实施法治教育的条例,为法治教育的开展提供科学合理的法律保障。

The legal education has been incorporated into the national education sequence,and its status and significance has been the consensus of the whole society. However,in our current legal texts,the provisions on the education of the rules of law are still lack of normativeness,which are embodied in the vacancies in rights and obligations and leading to the promotion of the rule of law education advocacy and declaration,seriously restricting the promotion of the legal education in practice. Therefore,it＇s urgent to improue the expressions of legal education in the legal texts and make outlines about legal education and rules for implementation,so as to ensure the promotion of legal education scientifically and legally.
