摘要
一流的本科教学质量是一流大学建设的基础,而有效的质量保障机制是形成一流本科教学的重要保证。确立多维的质量文化理念、开展结果导向的教学质量评价范式、提供问题导向的教学支持系统等是卡耐基·梅隆大学本科教学内部质量保障机制的主要特点。立足实际,我国高校应从培育一流的本科教学文化、注重学习结果评价、优化教学支持系统、重视教师对教学质量测评的主动参与性等方面开展一流本科教学的改革与探索。
The first-class undergraduate teaching quality is the foundation of building first-class university.To set up the effective quality assurance system is vital for first-class undergraduate teaching. The paper analyzes the main features of long-term mechanism of internal quality assurance system in the case of Carnegie Mellon University of the world-class university,which are the multidimensional culture idea of quality,the outcome-based evaluation model of teaching quality,and the problem-oriented teaching support system. The paper proposes suggestions for the reform of the first-class undergraduate teaching in the national universities at present. These suggestions include that how to cultivate the first-class culture,how to pay more attention to the outcome-based education of undergraduate teaching reform,how to optimize the teaching support system,and how to attach great importance to teachers' active participation in undergraduate teaching quality assurance.
