摘要
《欧洲学徒制质量框架》的出台为后危机时代欧洲学徒制质量建设提供了更具针对性、系统性和可操作性的质量建设工具。基于欧洲社会经济发展秩序重建和职业教育与培训现代化革新的时代背景,该质量框架的生成旨在构建欧洲层面的学徒制质量文化和完善学徒制质量保障体系,内容结构集中展现为五个维度:学徒制内涵与发展理念、学徒制治理、资格证书质量、学徒制项目和培训机制质量以及学徒权益保障,并呈现出学徒本位理念突显、质量效益提升、发展自觉强化和内生特征显著的特点。
"A European Quality Framework for Apprenticeships"has provided a quality construction tool for European apprenticeship quality construction in the post-crisis period. In the backgrounds of European socialeconomic system reconstruction and the vocational education and training modernizing,the quality framework aims to build the European apprenticeship quality culture and improve the security system of apprenticeship quality development. The content of this quality framework includes five parts:the definition and ideas of apprenticeship,apprenticeship governance,certification quality,the quality of apprenticeship program and training and the right security of apprentice. Its characteristics are: the underlined apprentice-based concept,the improved apprenticeship quality,the strengthened development consciousness and the notable indigenous character.
