摘要 为了解决往复式矿浆液压隔膜泵常用的单层隔膜结构,在隔膜破裂后,导致矿浆污染液压油,损坏液压油侧运动件以及隔膜寿命未完全利用等现象,从而增加用户成本的问题,通过对往复式矿浆液压隔膜泵工作原理的分析,隔膜工作机理的探讨,以及对单层隔膜结构、隔膜破裂形式、隔膜破裂原因等进行分析,开发一种无泄漏隔膜结构——双层隔膜.通过对双层隔膜结构设计机理、工作原理的分析,采用双层隔膜结构的隔膜泵不仅在参数性能与采用单层隔膜结构隔膜泵的参数性能完全相同,没有不良的影响,还可以克服单层隔膜结构的缺点;并通过工程实践验证得出,双层隔膜结构在实际工况的工作性能完全达到设计要求.对往复式矿浆液压隔膜泵的研究具有重要价值,对其他类似结构的探索也具有一定的参考价值. A practical application proves that the double-layer diaphragm structure can completely meet the require- ments on design under actual working conditions. Thus, such a structure is greatly valuable to study on the reciprocating hydraulic diaphragm pumps for slurry transportation, and also of significance to ex- plore other similar diaphragm structures in a certain degree.
