自拟生血方加减治疗非小细胞肺癌相关性贫血临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Self-made Shengxue Formulain Treatment of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Related Anemia

目的:观察自拟生血方加减治疗非小细胞肺癌相关性贫血的临床疗效。方法:应用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院患者,随机分为两组,对照组40例患者采取常规治疗,治疗组40例患者应用自拟生血方100 m L,日3次口服,治疗21 d为1疗程。观察比较两组患者临床疗效、白细胞(WBC)计数、血红蛋白(Hb)浓度、红细胞(RBC)计数、红细胞比容(HCT)、生存质量评分、中医血虚症状积分、T淋巴细胞亚群(CD+3CD+4CD+8)。结果:治疗后治疗组总有效率为85%,对照组为60%,两组差异明显(P<0.05);两组患者血红蛋白、红细胞及白细胞计数及红细胞比容与治疗前相比差异显著(P<0.05),且治疗后组间比较,差异明显(P<0.05);在生理状况评分上,两组积分均有所减少,但治疗4周期后,治疗组积分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组的中医症状积分下降,与治疗前及对照组相比,差异显著(P<0.05);治疗组CD+3,CD+4,CD+4/CD+8均升高,与治疗前相比差异明显(P<0.05)。与对照组治疗后结果相比,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:自拟生血方对非小细胞肺癌相关性贫血的治疗效果显著,可以改善患者症状,提升患者生活质量,提高免疫力,具有临床应用价值。

Objective： To observe the effect of self-made Shengxue Formulafor non-small cell lung cancer related anemia. Methods： By random parallel control method,80 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group＇s 40 patients were treated with routine treatment and the treatment group＇s40 cases usedself-made Shengxue Formula 100 m L,three times a day orally. 21 days was for a period of treatment. To observe clinical curative effect,white blood cell（ WBC） count,hemoglobin（ Hb） concentration,red blood cell（ RBC） count,hematocrit（ HCT）,RBC,and quality of life score,blood deficiency of traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral and T lymphocyte subsets（ CD＋3CD＋4CD＋8）. Results： The treatment group＇s total effective rate was 85% after treatment and that of the control group was 60%. The difference between the two groups was significant（ P〈0. 05）. Two groups＇ hemoglobin,red blood cells and white blood cell count had significant differencecompared with those before treatment（ P〈0. 05） and comparsion between groups after treatment had obvious difference（ P〈0. 05）. The physiological status of two groups was decreased,but after 4 cycles of treatment,the treatment group＇s points were lower than the control group＇s（ P〈0. 05）.Treatment group＇s Chinese medicine symptom integral decreased. Compared with before treatment and the control group＇s,there was significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Treatment group＇s CD＋3,CD＋4and CD＋4/CD＋8values were elevated,with significant difference compared with before treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Compared with the results of the control group after treatment,there was significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Self-made Shengxue Formula in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer associated anemia has remarkable effect. The formula can improve symptoms,quality of life and enhance immunity and has clinical application value.
