中西医结合治疗产后盆底功能障碍性疾病的临床疗效及对生活质量的影响

Clinical Efficacy of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treatment of Postpartum Pelvic Dysfunction and Its Impact on Quality of Life

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗产后盆底功能障碍性疾病的临床疗效及对生活质量的影响。方法:选择院内收治的产后盆底功能障碍性疾病患者180例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组、治疗组和观察组,其中对照组给予单纯盆底肌肉功能锻炼,治疗组在对照组基础上加用"盆底康复治疗仪",观察组在治疗组基础上联合应用中草药汤剂治疗,对3组临床治疗效果及生活质量进行对比、分析。结果:治疗后3组生活质量较治疗前均有所改善,治疗组改善优于对照组,观察组改善更为明显,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后及治疗后3个月和6个月时3组患者肌力较治疗前均有所提高,但治疗组提升较对照组更优,观察组较治疗组提升更高,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于存在产后盆底功能障碍性疾病的患者而言,联合应用中西医结合治疗方法不仅可在一定程度上提高临床治疗效果,而且还能提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of postpartum pelvic dysfunction and its impact on quality of life. Methods： A total of 180 cases of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction were selected in our hospital. They were randomly divided into control group,treatment group and observation group. The control group was given simple pelvic muscle exercise. The treatment group added pelvic rehabilitation therapy instrument on the basis of the control group and the observation group was treated with Chinese herbal decoction on the basis of the treatment group. The clinical therapeutic effect and quality of life of the three groups were compared and analyzed. Results： The quality of life after treatment of the 3 groups were better than that before treatment. The treatment group＇s was better than the control group＇s and the observation group＇s improved more obviously. There was significant difference among the groups（ P〈0. 05）. The strength of the patients after treatment and 3 months after treatment and at the end of the 6th month in the three groups was higher than that before treatment,but the treatment group＇s was better than the control group＇s and the observation group＇s was higher than the treatment group＇s. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： For patients with postpartum pelvic dysfunction,combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment can not only improve the clinical treatment effect to a certain extent,but also improve the quality of life of patients,worthy of clinical application.
