升降装置在不同直径钢丝铅浴处理生产上的应用

摘要 传统热处理炉难以满足不同直径钢丝同时在线热处理。通过对卡电式加热原理的分析,对不同直径钢丝同时热处理进行可行性分析,提出可以通过调整钢丝加热段长度来实现不同直径钢丝同时热处理。在此基础上设计出加热段升降装置,对70钢对比试验结果显示:同时处理直径2.8,3.0,3.2,3.6 mm钢丝,与单独热处理相应规格的钢丝,其力学性能相当,抗拉强度和断后伸长率能满足生产需要。 Traditional heat treatment furnace is difficult to meet different diameter steel wire online treatment at the same time.Through the analysis of strong current direct heating type principle,different diameter steel wire treatment simultaneously is feasibility analyzed,it is proposed that different diameter steel wire simultaneously treated can be realized by adjusting steel wire heating length.The heating length lifting gear is designed on the basis of this.70 steel is tested comparatively,result shows that the mechanical properties of diameter 2.8,3.0,3.2,3.6 mm steel wire treated simultaneously are equal to that of single treating corresponding diameter steel wire,the tensile strength and percentage elongation after fracture can meet production requirement.
