电梯曳引轮球铁材质的改进及质量控制 被引量:1

摘要 探讨摩擦副中曳引轮磨损机制,提出质量改进方法。普通曳引轮经热处理、合金化处理,可提高力学性能及改善金相组织,提高曳引轮的摩擦、磨损性能和寿命,可代替QT600-3球铁。在铸造和热处理时,严格做好全过程的质量控制。等温淬火球墨铸铁(ADI)材料具有强度高、塑性好、耐疲劳和硬度较低的性能,应优先采用。考虑到零件工作时的受力状态、材料性能、磨损厚度等因素,摩擦副中钢丝绳硬度应高于曳引轮硬度。电梯产品设计时,需对曳引轮摩擦副进行必要的对偶摩擦、磨损试验,以选择合理的材料匹配。 To discuss traction wheel wear mechanism in friction pair,put forward quality improvement method.Normal traction wheel can increase mechanical properties and improve microstructure,can increase friction,wearing performance and life of traction wheel,can replace QT600-3 spheroidal graphite cast iron after heat treated and alloying treatment.The whole process quality control should be done strictly in cast and heat treatment.The isothermal quenching spheroidal graphite cast iron material has the performance of high strength,good plasticity,fatigue resistance and lower hardness,should be adopted firstly.To consider the factors such as force condition,material performance and wear depth etc.in part work,the hardness of wire rope in friction pair should be higher than that of traction wheel.Necessary dual friction,wear test should be done on traction wheel friction pair in designing elevator product to select reasonable material match.
