钢丝绳结构设计中内外层椭圆相切问题计算方法 被引量:4

摘要 采用外层椭圆向内层椭圆平移靠近的方法寻找切点,确定外层椭圆中心的位置,再测量股径和间隙,这种方法效率低,测量结果不准确。利用点坐标代入法可判断曲线与椭圆是否相切,将此方法与R_2-Y双重循环计算法结合,编制计算机程序并建立循环计算的逻辑图,求解西鲁式结构内外层椭圆相切时的近似切点、捻制圆半径、股径以及钢丝间的间隙。通过计算结果与绘图测量结果的比较,确认了计算方法和计算程序的正确性和可行性,并对编程的关键问题作出说明。 The method of adopting outer layer ellipse translation approaching to inner layer ellipse to search tangency point, decide the position of outer layer center, then measure strand diameter and gap, the method efficiency is low, measuring re- sult is inaccuracy. If curve and ellipse is tangency can be judged by using point coordination substitution method, combi- ning with R2 - Y double circulation method, compiling computer procedure and establishing logic diagram of circular, to calculate the approximate tangency point, lay circle radius, strand diameter and steel wire gap of Scale structure inner and outer layer ellipses tangency. The validity and feasibility of calculating method and calculating procedure are confirmed by comparing calculation result and drawing measure result, and the key problem of program is illustrated.
