摘要
线材表面处理过程中,常规的酸洗、磷化处理方式会产生大量的生产废水。根据金属制品行业发展情况和国家对环保的要求,开发适用于直径5.5~14.0 mm的环保型线材砂带除锈机,对砂带除锈机设计方案和磨削原理进行介绍。采用进口砂带和张力控制是满足表面处理质量的关键。通过2个月的试运行,与常规的电解酸洗+电解碱洗相比,磨削除锈后的线材采用LZ6/560拉拔,成品线速度由原来的540 m/min提高到630 m/min,无酸碱污染物产生,年节省成本近15万元。
In process of wire rod surface treatment, large quantity of production waste water is produced in traditional pick- ling and phosphating treatment. According to metal products industry development situation and the requirement of China on environmental protection, environmental protection type abrasive beh derusting machine suitable for diameter 5.5 - 14.0 mm wire rod is developed, the design scheme and grinding principle of abrasive belt derusting machine is introduced. The key to meet surface treatment quality is to adopt imported abrasive belt and tension control. After two months trial opera- tion, drawn with LZ6/560, finished product speed is increased from 540 m/min to 630 m/min after grinding and derusting, comparing with traditional electrolytic pickling and electrolytic alkaline cleaning, there is no acid and alkali pollutant, cost saves about 150 thousand yuan per year.
