摘要 提高悬索桥主缆钢丝强度,减少钢丝用量,可以减轻主缆质量和截面积。制作了127丝Φ5.0 mm 1 960 MPa锌铝合金镀层钢丝索股,钢丝索体净长12 m,进行静载性能试验研究。试验索股两端锚具为ZG20Mn铸钢件。对常规静载试验方法进行介绍,静载破断延伸率δ≥2%。试验分别在预加载和静载加载过程中对两端拉杆式锚杯和索股外层3根钢丝设置应变片,进行应力应变过程测试。通过试验验证了1 960 MPa锌铝合金镀层钢丝主缆索股的承载能力,分析了钢丝及锚具的局部应力应变状况。 Increasement of the steel wire strength and decreasement of the steel wire quantity can redcue the quantity and section area. The strand of 127 wire diameter 5.0 mm of 1 960 MPa zinc-aluminum alloy coated steel wire with the length of 12 m was made and the static load performance test was carried out. The test cable two sides anchorage material is ZG20Mn casting steel. The conventional static load test method is introduced, the elongation of static load fracture should be no less than 2%. The two sides tension rod type socket and cable strand outer three wires are set strain gauge in process of preload and static load in test, the stress and strain process are tested. The load capability of 1 960 MPa zinc-aluminum alloy coated steel wires main cable strand is proved and the local strain and stress of wires and anchorage is analyzed.
