摘要
针对用户对胎圈钢丝提出的特殊要求,1.0 mm回火镀青铜胎圈钢丝抗拉强度不小于2 100 MPa,弯曲值不小于12次,通过选用70钢原料、增加中丝热处理时奥氏体加热时间、降低淬火铅温,生产的成品钢丝平均抗拉强度为2 159 MPa,平均弯曲值为14.3次,平均扭转值为31.8次,达到用户和GB/T 14450—2008要求。
Aiming at the special requirements of users for bead wire,such as diameter 1. 0 mm tempering bronze plated bead wire tensile strength being not less than 2 100 MPa,bending value not less than 12 times,by selecting 70 steel as raw materials,to increase the austenitic heat time when steel wire heat treatment,to reduce the lead quenching temperature,the finished wire was produced,which has average 2 159 MPa tensile strength,bending the average value 14. 3 times,torsion number 31. 8 times on average,to fulfill the requirements of users and GB/T 14450—2008.
