摘要
对比核电奥氏体不锈钢晶间腐蚀敏感性试验常用5个标准方法:RCC-M—2007 MC1310、ASTM A262—2016E法、ISO 3651-2—1998 A法、GB/T 4334—2008 E法、ΓOCT 6032—1989 AM法。从取样方向和部位、试样数量、试样尺寸、敏化制度、腐蚀液成分、保温时间、声响试验、压头直径、弯曲角度、放大倍数、金相法等方面进行探讨,并列举了它们之间的差异。
To introduce 5 commonly used standard methods of austenitic stainless steel intergranular corrosion sensitivity test for nuclear power: RCC-M—2007 MC1310,ASTM A262—2016 E,ISO 3651-2—1998 A,GB/T 4334—2008 E,ΓOCT 6032—1989 AM. It is discussed from such aspects as sampling direction and position,sample quantity,sample size,sensitization system,corrosion solution composition,time of heat preservation,noise test,the pressure head diameter,bending angle,magnification,metallographic method,and lists the differences between them.
