摘要
为了减少单级磁阻线圈发射器仿真过程中仿真试验的任务量,将正交试验法和仿真分析有机结合。正交试验法能够用少数组合搭配均衡表示全部试验,利用正交表设计驱动线圈参数优化仿真试验,从全部27组试验中选出具有代表性的9组进行有限元分析,根据仿真结果选出最优的参数进行试验验证。结果表明:正交试验法可以应用于单级磁阻线圈发射器的仿真分析,仿真分析结果为今后的单级磁阻线圈发射器提供参考依据,也为多级磁阻型线圈发射器的仿真分析提供了新思路。
Orthogonal test method and simulation analysis are combined organically for the purposes of reducing the work of simulation experiment in single-stage reluctance coil launcher simulation. A small number of combinations with a balanced representation of all experiments can be used in orthogonal ex- periment. Orthogonal experiments are used to design driving coil parameter optimization simulation ex- periment. A representative group of 9 groups was selected from all 27 groups to perform finite element analysis. According to the simulation results, experimenting the optimal parameters. The results show that orthogonal experiments can be applied to the simulation of single-stage reluctance coil launcher. The simulation results provide references for the future single-stage reluctance coil launcher, and also provide a new train of thought for the simulation of multi-stage reluctance coil launcher.
