摘要
提出了一种气体冲击试验方案,用来模拟燃气发生器产生的压力载荷环境,使用集总参数对初容室内压力曲线进行编程计算,验证了方案的可行性并确定了相关的参数。在分析各参数影响的基础上对建成的试验系统进行了5次调试,经过调试,初容室内压力曲线与目标曲线基本一致,表明气体冲击试验方案能够很好地模拟燃气发生器产生的压力环境。
This paper presented a scheme for gas impact test, used for the pressure load environment simulation of gas generator. The lumped parameters on initial chamber pressure curves were calculated to verify the feasibility of the scheme with the relevant parameters determined. Then the five debugging of the experimental system was built after debugging on the basis of the analysis of the effects of each parameter. The early chamber pressure curve and the target curve are consistent, indicating that the gas impact test scheme can well simulate the pressure produced by the gas generator.
