摘要 火炮身管内压力大小及其分布是重要的内弹道参数,准确、可靠地获取火炮膛内压力参数是动态测试领域的难题。简单介绍了多种测试膛压的方法,重点分析了放入式电子测压器的测试精度,提出了对实测膛压曲线进行积分、计算得到弹丸炮口速度的方法;与测得的炮弹初速进行对比分析,针对膛内压力场分布的不均匀性,提出了固定放入式电子测压器的测试方法。 Artillary pipe pressure size and distribution are the important internal ballistic trajectory pa- rameters, and accurate and reliable acquisition of pressure parameters is a difficult problem in the field of dynamic testing. All kinds of chamber pressure measurement methods are briefly introduced with in- ternal electronic piezo gauge test accuracy analyzed primarily. The method of chamber pressure carve integral and numeration was proposed to obtain muzzle velocity and was to be analyzed and compared against the measured muzzle velocity. In view of the inhomogeneity of the distribution of pressure in the chamber, the test method to fix the internal electronic piezo gauge was proposed.
