摘要
环保单位对水质污染的控制离不开水质分析仪,当受到天气、电磁等干扰时,水质分析仪的测量数据不准确。所以,设计抗干扰的嵌入式水质分析仪。使用嵌入式处理器分析水温和氧浓度数据,通过电流模拟量将水质分析数据上传到管控中心。水质分析仪的电源电路使用继电器独立供电,隔离继电器与其他供电元件,将继电器地线接到虚拟地面,实现电源电路抗干扰。嵌入式处理器选用低功率的S3D2552增强测量结果可靠性,在WinCE操作系统上设计软件驱动程序,供S3D2552驱动其他模块进行水质测量。实验分析结果显示,所设计的水质分析仪抗干扰性强,与设计理念一致。
The data measured by the available water quality analyzer is inaccurate due to weather and electromagnetic inter- ference, therefore an embedded water quality analyzer to resist interference was designed. The embedded processor is used to analyze the water temperature and oxygen concentration data. The water quality analysis data is uploaded to control center by means of current analog quantity. The relay is used in power circuit of water quality analyzer to supply the power independently, and is isolated from other power supply components. The ground wire of relay is connected to a virtual ground to realize the anti- interference of power circuit. The low-power S3D2552 is selected for embedded processor to enhance the reliability of measure- ment results. The software driver was designed in WinCE operating system to let S3D2552 drive other modules for water quality measurement. The experimental analysis results show that the designed water quality analyzer has high anti-jamming ability, and is consistent with the design concept.
