轻型卷盘喷灌机运行效果影响因素分析 被引量:5

摘要 为了获得影响轻型卷盘喷灌机运行效果的各种因素及其关系,以轻型卷盘喷灌机为研究对象,根据其工作性能,选取6个不同进口压力和4个不同行走档位进行试验,测量进口压力、行走速度及流量,计算压力损失、均匀度和喷灌强度等,并分析了轻型卷盘喷灌机进口压力、行走速度、压力损失、流量及喷洒均匀度之间的关系.试验结果表明:进口压力和流量呈线性正相关;不同档位中,随着进口压力的增大,行走速度随之提高,每个档位下行走速度与进口压力亦呈线性正相关;不同行走速度和不同进口压力时喷洒均匀度波动较小,总体呈平稳趋势,喷洒效果比较稳定,基本满足设计要求,进口压力在0.45 MPa时,喷洒均匀度最高,达到89.5%;灌水深度受流量和行走速度的双重影响,流量(进口压力)一定时,行走速度提高,灌水深度下降,呈曲线下降趋势. In order to obtain the running effect and its relationship with various factors of light hose - fed traveling sprinkling system, according to light hose -fed traveling sprinkling system working performance, 6 different inlet pressures and 4 different walking gears were selected to test, measured inlet pressure, traveling speed and flow unitbrmity and pressure sprinkler intensity and analyzed the relationship between them. The results show that the inlet pressure and flow present a positive linear correlation. Moreover, the speed and inlet pressure also present a positive linear correlation under 4 different gears. Cu was computed to find no correlation with inlet pressure, gears ( traveling speed) , friction loses. Cu is only affected by this system's device. The sprinkling condition is stable in the whole test. Running effects can meet the design demand. Cu was up to 89.5% , which is the highest value of Cu,when the inlet pressure was 0. 45 MPa. Irrigation depth was affected by discharge and traveling speed. When discharge was set to a constant, irrigation depth was reduced with the increasing traveling speed,presenting a curve downward trend.
