基于虚拟仪器的汽车转向泵测试系统设计

摘要 汽车动力转向泵是汽车转向系统的重要部件,其应用范围极其广泛。汽车动力转向泵工作性能影响汽车转向系统的操作性与安全性,传统转向泵测试方式是通过人工手动加载实现,效率低下、劳动强度大且难以保证产品质量,在很大程度上制约企业发展。因此,对转向泵的各项指标进行检测与评价,成为制造商与主机厂商非常重视的一项工作。基于虚拟仪器技术,采用PCI-6251数据采集卡与各指标数据传感器,设计一种汽车转向泵测试系统,对转向泵性能参数测试方法进行分析与研究,提出了基于虚拟仪器的汽车转向泵测试方案。 Automobile power steering pump is an important part of vehicle steering system. Automobile power steering pump work performance affect interoperability and security of the automobile steering system. The traditional way of steering pump test is achieved by manual loading, its efficiency is low, the intensity of labor is heavy, and hard to ensure the quality of prod ucts. It restricted the development of the enterprise in some way. Therefore, the test and evaluation of various indicators of steering pump have become a very important work for manufacturers and enterprises. Based on Virtual Instrument technology, using the PCI-6251 data acquisition card and the index data sensor, we design a car steering pump testing system, the steering pump performance parameters of the test methods for the analysis and research, put forward the automobile steering pump test scheme based on virtual instrument.
