摘要 现阶段的教师教学技能实训课程线下教学模式的比重相对较大,对教师有效管理课堂、组织教学内容、开展教学活动及加强协作交流等方面带来诸多不便.将混合学习模式融入教师教学技能实训课程,在培养学生的信息化教学素养、突出个性化教学需求和进一步开展教学活动三个方面取得良好效果.同时分析了混合学习环境下教师教学技能实训课程滋生的新问题. The current off-line teaching model of Teachers' Teaching Skill Training curriculum comparatively shared a larger propor- tion, it brings much inconvenience to the aspects of effectively manage class, organize teaching contents, display teaching activities and strengthen associated exchanges by teachers. Therefore, the research melted blended Learning into Teachers' Teaching Skill Training curriculum of Guangdong Polytechnic Normal University, and achieved fair effects in the three aspects of cultivating stu- dents' information teaching quality, dominating personal teaching demand and further displaying teaching activities. Meanwhile, it al- so analyzed breeding new problems of Teachers' Teaching Skill Training under the environment of blended Learning.
