固定床一步法制二甲醚催化剂性能

Performance of the catalysts for direct synthesis of dimethyl ether from syngas in the fixed-bed reactor

摘要 采用固定床反应装置,以共沉淀法制备甲醇催化剂和一步法合成二甲醚催化剂,采用BET、XRD和SEM对催化剂进行表征。在反应压力2.5 MPa、反应温度260℃和空速(500~900)h-1条件下,催化剂催化活性最好,其中,CO转化率≥90%,二甲醚收率≥60%,二甲醚选择性≥65%。 The catalyst for one -step synthesis of dimethyl ether(DME) and the catalyst for methanol syn- thesis were prepared. The catalysts were characterized by means of BET,XRD and SEM techniques. The catalysts were evaluated in the fixed bed reactor. The results showed that the catalysts possessed the best catalytic activity,CO conversion of over 90% ,the selectivity to DME of over 65% and DME yield of over 60% were attained under optimum process condition as follows : reaction pressure 2.5 MPa, reaction tem- perature 260 ℃ and space velocity (500 - 900) h-1.
