分子生物学中“遗传密码”概念在中国的传播

Spread of the “Genetic Code” Concept in China

在1953-1968年间遗传密码表建立过程的历史背景下,揭示遗传密码概念的演变及其在中国的传播.从内史角度厘清"基因"与"遗传密码"在概念上的不同;利用文献研究法、概念分析法和比较研究法,揭示了20世纪70年代后遗传密码在中国中学生物教科书中出现的历史进程,结果显示,遗传密码概念在中国基础教育层面的渗透和传播反映了人们在分子水平上理解遗传现象的意识的提高;凭借数理统计法分析,说明了"遗传密码"作为分子生物学中的核心问题之一在学术界激起了一定程度的研究兴趣.

Based on the background of the process of establishing the genetic code table from 1953 to 1968,the study is designed to sort out the spread and evolution of the ＂genetic code＂ concept in China. The difference between the ＂gene＂ and ＂genetic code＂ is clarified in essence firstly. Then through literature research, conceptual analysis and comparative study,it is revealed that how the genetic code has appeared in biology textbooks in high school since the seventies of last century. In terms of the genetic code concept, the penetration at the basic education level reflects the improvement of people＇s awareness of understanding genetic phenomena at the molecular level. Eventually,with the help of mathematical statistics and analysis,it shows that research interests about the ＂genetic code＂, which is the one of the core issues in the academic, have been aroused to some degree in the field.
