摘要
"暑漣"是一种深受蒙古人喜爱的食物,系统梳理了蒙古人食用"暑漣"的历史,结果表明,"暑漣"制作工艺独特,一般以肉食为主要制作原料,烹饪方法带有浓郁的游牧文化印记,承载了丰富的文化内涵,反映了蒙古人注重食料配伍及药膳功用的饮食理念,是蒙古饮食文化的典型代表.
"Solun" (soup in Mongolian) is a favorite food among Mongolian people. By sorting out Mongolians cooking history of "Solun", this paper shows that it has a unique cooking process, which normally uses meat as the main raw materials, and the cooking method is strongly marked with nomadic culture. The cultural connotation it carries reflects Mongolians' diet concept of food collocation and medicine value, which makes "Solun" be the typical demonstration of the Mongolian food culture.
