摘要 教育统计是高校管理的重要一环。目前,高校教育统计偏向为教育行政管理部门服务,高校缺乏自我研究的主动性,基于时点的静态总量统计又导致统计数据价值有限。该文对大数据时代高校教育统计工作如何发展进行了探索,提出教育统计应从战略定位、工作方式、队伍建设、技术保障四个方面积极应对大数据时代的挑战,响应高校管理对数据的需求,更加实际地支持高校管理提升。 Statistics is one of the important work of higher education, big data Era has given rise to challenges and opportunities for modern universities, which attach more importance to effective and intelligent use of data. The counter measures for those challenges are : strategic positioning, working methods, staff management and technology improvement.
