中西交际中道歉语的使用研究——基于情景语境与文化语境的视角

Use of Apology in Intercultural Communication between Chinese and English: Based on Situational Context and Cultural Context Perspective

从双重语境(情景语境和文化语境)的视角,通过一些典型的英汉例子,分析说话者是如何选择和使用道歉语,而道歉语又是怎样发挥作用的。分析表明语境对道歉语的使用有着重要的制约作用,而道歉语的选择也对语境起到一定的建构作用。

On the basis of contextual research, through some typical examples of English and Chinese, this paper explores how the speaker chooses and uses apology from the perspective of situational context and cultural context and how apology plays its role. Analysis shows that situational context and cultural context has restrictive effects on the use of apology, and the choice of apology also plays a certain role in the construction of the context.
