A method of rotating in position for large-scale cylindrical equipment

立式圆柱设备在建造时常采用卧式建造,因而在安装前需要先行直立。但由于焊接、建造方法、管嘴布置等原因不能顺利直立,需要对设备进行旋转调整姿态。本文介绍一种针对圆柱设备在滚轮架上使用两台履带吊旋转的安全方法。

Normally the vertical equipment has been fabricated in horizontal position, which should be erected before installation. But the equipment needs to be rotated to adjust the position for failure of up-right be- cause of welding, building method and pipe nozzle layout. A safe method of rotating cylindrical equipment on welded turning rolls by two crawler cranes has been introduced in the text.
