摘要
由扩容型全数字直流调速装置、PLC控制器、触摸屏组成的全数字压榨机自动调速系统,通过PROFIBUS_DP总线与DCS通讯控制,以及压榨机运行相关参数的在线检测及负荷的自动跟踪,实现了压榨机的均衡压榨全自动控制。
The combination of expandable full-digital DC speed governing unit, PLC controller and touch screen constituted a full-digital mill＇s running speed control system. The system communicated with DCS via the PROFIBUS_DP, to conduct the mill＇s operational parameters online inspection and mill＇s load trace auditing, executing a uniform mill crushing and running speed automatic control.
