冬凌草联合新辅助化疗对乳腺癌患者血清CA199、CEA、CA15-3水平及T细胞亚群的影响

Effect of rabdosia rubescens combined with new assistant chemotherapy on serum CA199,CEA,CA15-3 and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with breast cancer

目的:探讨冬凌草联合新辅助化疗对乳腺癌患者血清糖类抗原199(carbohydrate antigen 199,CA199)、癌胚抗原(carcinoembryonic antigen,CEA)、糖类抗原15-3(carbohydrate antigen 15-3,CA15-3)水平及T细胞亚群的影响。方法:选择我院收治的70例乳腺癌患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,各35例。对照组患者给予单纯的CAF化疗方案治疗,试验组患者在对照组治疗的基础上联合冬凌草片治疗,均给予治疗3个疗程。分析两组接受相应治疗前后的血清CA199、CEA及CA15-3水平及外周血CD4^+、CD8^+及CD4^+/CD8^+细胞所占比值。结果:两组治疗前血清CA199、CEA及CA15-3水平比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05);两组治疗后血清CA199、CEA及CA15-3水平相比治疗前均明显偏低,试验组以上各血清指标相比对照组均明显偏低(P均<0.05)。两组治疗前外周血CD4^+、CD8^+及CD4^+/CD8^+细胞所占比值比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05);对照组治疗后外周血CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+细胞所占比值相比治疗前均明显偏低,试验组患者治疗后外周血CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+细胞所占比值相比对照组均明显偏高(P均<0.05)。结论:冬凌草联合新辅助化疗能够明显降低乳腺癌患者血清CA199、CEA及CA15-3水平,改善免疫T淋巴细胞亚群水平,增强机体免疫力,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the effects of Rabdosia rubescens combined with neoadjuvant chemotherapy on serum CA199,CEA,CA15-3levels and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with breast cancer.Methods：A total of 70 patients with breast cancer in our hospital were enrolled in this study.The subjects were divided into the control group（n=35）and the treatment group（n=35）randomly.The control group were treated with new assistant chemotherapy,the treatment group were treated with rabdosia rubescens combined with new assistant chemotherapy.The two groups were treated for 3periods.The serum CA199,CEA,CA15-3levels and peripheral blood CD4^＋,CD8^＋,CD4^＋/CD8^＋cells of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results：There were no significant differences among the serum CA199,CEA,CA15-3levels and peripheral blood CD4^＋,CD8^＋,CD4^＋/CD8^＋cells of the two groups before treatment（P〉0.05）.The serum CA199,CEA and CA15-3levels of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment（P〈0.05）,and those of the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.The peripheral blood CD4^＋,CD4^＋/CD8^＋cells of the control group after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment（P〈0.05）,and the peripheral blood CD4^＋,CD4^＋/CD8^＋cells of the treatment group after treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Rabdosia rubescens combined with new assistant chemotherapycan can significantly reduce the serum CA199,CEA and CA15-3levels,improve peripheral blood CD4^＋,CD8^＋,CD4^＋/CD8^＋levels of patients with breast cancer,and it was worthy of clinical application.
