创伤性脑外伤患者血清GFAP、S100B、NSE含量与伤后氧化应激反应、胰岛素抵抗的相关性 被引量:12

Correlation of serum GFAP,S100B and NSE contents with post-traumatic oxidative stress response and insulin resistance in patients with traumatic brain injury

摘要 目的:探讨创伤性脑外伤患者血清胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)、S100B蛋白(S100B)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)含量与伤后氧化应激反应、胰岛素抵抗的相关性。方法:收集2015年1月~2016年12月间本院收治的创伤性脑外伤患者110例作为观察组,同期在本院进行体检的健康人群60例作为正常对照组。检测两组研究对象血清中GFAP、S100B、NSE的含量,氧化应激指标、胰岛素抵抗指标水平,进一步采用Pearson检验评估创伤性脑外伤患者血清GFAP、S100B、NSE含量与氧化应激反应、胰岛素抵抗的相关关系。结果:观察组患者血清中GFAP、S100B、NSE的含量显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05);血清中氧化应激指标丙二醛(MDA)、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)、脂质过氧化产物(LPO)含量高于正常对照组(P<0.05),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、总抗氧化容量(TAC)含量低于正常对照组(P<0.05);血清中胰岛素抵抗指标血糖(GLU)、胰岛素(INS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)的水平高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。经Pearson检验发现,创伤性脑外伤患者血清GFAP、S100B、NSE含量与伤后氧化应激、胰岛素抵抗程度直接相关(P<0.05)。结论:创伤性脑外伤患者血清GFAP、S100B、NSE含量增高,且其增高程度与机体氧化应激及胰岛素抵抗程度直接相关。 Objective:To study the correlation of serum GFAP,S100 Band NSE contents with post-traumatic oxidative stress response and insulin resistance in patients with traumatic brain injury.Methods:A total of 110 patients with traumatic brain injury who were treated in our hospital between January 2015 and December 2016 were collected as observation group,and 60 healthy subjects who received physical examination in our hospital during the same period were collected as normal control group.Serum GFAP,S100 Band NSE levels as well as oxidative stress index and insulin resistance index levels of two groups of subjects were detected,and Pearson test was used to further evaluate the correlation of serum GFAP,S100 Band NSE contents with oxidative stress response and insulin resistance in patients with traumatic brain injury.Results:Serum GFAP,S100 Band NSE contents of observation group were significantly higher than those of normal control group(P〈0.05);serum oxidative stress indexes MDA,MPO and LPO contents were significantly higher than those of normal control group(P〈0.05)while SOD and TAC contents were significantly lower than those of normal control group(P〈0.05);serum insulin resistance indexes GLU,INS and HOMA-IR levels were significantly higher than those of control group(P〈0.05).Pearson test showed that serum GFAP,S100 Band NSE contents in patients with traumatic brain injury were directly correlated with post-traumatic oxidative stress and insulin resistance.Conclusions:The serum GFAP,S100 Band NSE contents increase in patients with traumatic brain injury,and the increase is directly correlated with oxidative stress and insulin resistance.
