摘要
[目的]研究乙唑螨腈(SYP-9625)的合成工艺,使其工艺更加简单、高效。[方法]以对叔丁基苯乙腈为起始原料,经缩合、酰化反应制得目标化合物。[结果]新的反应条件下,以对叔丁基苯乙腈计总收率77%,纯度98%以上。[结论]该方法收率高、成本低、操作简便,适合工业化生产。
[Aims] The paper aims to study a more simple and efficient synthesis process for SYP-9625. [Methods] It was prepared by using 2-(4-(tert-butyl)phenyl)acetonitrile as starting material through condensation and acylation reactions. [Results] Under the new conditions, the total yield was 77% based on 2-(4-(tert-butyl)phenyl)acetonitrile and the purity was above 98%. [Conclusions] This process has the advantages of high yield, economical and simple operation, which is suitable for industrial scale manufacture.
