摘要 [目的]研究1.8%嘧肽·多抗水剂对水稻纹枯病菌的抑制作用及作用机理。[方法]采用菌丝生长速率测定等方法测定5种不同质量浓度的药剂处理对菌丝生长的抑制效果;测量经药剂处理过的菌丝麦角甾醇含量,丙二醛的含量以及菌悬液的电导率等。[结果]质量浓度22.5~90 mg/L的药剂可完全抑制病菌菌丝生长;经药剂处理过的菌丝,出现畸形、原生质外渗、菌丝分枝不明显乃至断裂的现象;嘧肽·多抗处理过的病菌,丙二醛含量明显增加;随药剂质量浓度和培养时间的增加,培养液的电导率也逐渐增大。[结论]1.8%嘧肽·多抗水剂对水稻纹枯病菌具有较好的抑制作用。该药剂对菌丝形态、菌丝细胞膜透性以及菌丝细胞膜脂质过氧化程度均有一定的影响。 [Aims] The aim of the present study is to evaluate the action mechanism of cytosinpeptidemycin·polyoxin1.8% AS on Rhizoctonia solani from rice. [Methods] The inhibitory effects of five different concentrations of agent on hyphae growth were determined by the method of hyphae growth rate determination. The content of drug-treated hyphae ergosterol, malondialdehyde(MDA) content and the electrical conductivity of the suspension were measured.[Results] The concentration of 22.5-90 mg/L of the agent could completely inhibit the growth of hyphae. Hyphae after the treatment by the agent appeared deformity and the plasma extravasation, hypha branch was not obvious and even fractured. The MDA content of R. solani after treatment by cytosinpeptidemycin·polyoxin increased greatly.With the increase of agent concentration and culture time, the conductivity of suspension gradually increased.[Conclusions] Cytosinpeptidemycin·polyoxin 1.8% AS has a good inhibitory effect on R. solani. The agent has an impact on hyphae morphology, cell membrane permeability and hyphae cell membrane lipid peroxidation degree.
