摘要
采用实习作业法对160名师范实习生的教学技能水平进行调查,结果发现,他们在教学技能知识、实践能力和教学反思意识等方面都存在问题。利用实习的平台,可以提高师范生的教师角色意识,改善师范院校实习管理模式,加强与实习小学的互助合作,改善实习生教学技能水平。
Using practical work method to invest teaching skill level of 160 normal interns, it found that their problems were relevant to teaching knowledge, practice ability and teaching reflection consciousness. In order to improve their teaching skills and prepare the teachers to elementary schools, it must improve normal interns' consciousness of teachers, practice management models of normal colleges and strengthen mutual cooperation to the internship elementary schools by using practice platform.
