高校“党建进社区”管理模式研究

On Management Pattern of Expanding Communist Party Building in Student Community at University Campus

学生社区属于社区概念中的一种特殊形式,是随着现代高等教育事业的迅猛发展,由第二课堂逐步演变而来,依托高校教育革新与进步而形成的一个新型育人阵地。以韶关学院党建进学生社区工作为例,通过实施以"党建进社区"带动"社区文明、社区文化、社区管理服务和社区安全维稳"的"一进四带动"工作,培育打造一批社区辅导员队伍,着力于"抓党建,带四建",逐渐发展成一项可持续、可辐射、育人效果好的校园社区党建系统工程。

The student community belongs to a special form in the concept of the community, with the rapid development of modem higher education; it has gradually evolved from the second classroom, relying on the reform and progress of education to promote a formation of a new type of education highland. Taking the student work of Shaoguan University as an example, it will cultivate a group of qualified community counselors community through the implementation of the work of ＂Party building into the community＂ to promote the ＂community civilization, community culture, community management service and community security maintenance＂, and gradually develop a good campus community Party building system which is sustainable, influential with great education fruits.
