摘要 新钢11号高炉采取经济炼铁后,出现了有害元素富集、中心主导气流弱化、压力压差升高且波动大等现象,导致高炉上部结厚严重。对此采取了强化厂内精料、控制合适的炉腹煤气指数、减小风口面积、提高铁水物理热、提高软水温度和控制入炉有害元素含量等措施后,保持了炉况稳定顺行,部分经济技术指标略有上升,为今后采取高炉炸瘤等处理方式赢得了时间。 After economic ironmaking is adopted for No. 11 blast furnace in Xinyu Steel,the phenomenon occur such as: the harmful elements gathering,center dominant air flow pressure weakening,pressure and pressure differential increasing with great fluctuation,which leads to serious upper accretion in blast furnace. Measurements have been taken like to strengthen benefitciated burden,properly controlling bosh gas index,reducing tuyere area and improving hot iron heat,rising the soft water temperature,and controlling the content of harmful elements and other measures,to keep the furnace condition stable,partial economic index rise slightly. It's held up to allow time for further treatment of exploring accretion in the BF.
