摘要
结合生产实践,分析钢铁料消耗现状及主要影响因素,通过提高拉速、延长中包包龄、提高转炉出钢碳、减少喷溅、减少渣中全铁及渣量、减少铸坯割缝、提高干渣回收率等措施,有效提高了含铁料的回收利用,降低了钢铁料消耗,取得了明显的经济效益。
According to the production practice,the present situation and the main factors affecting the ferrous consumption are analyzed. The recovery and utilization of iron bearing material is effectively improved by increasing the casting speed,extending tundish life and improving carbon content of Bof tapping,reducing splashing,converter slag and total Fe content in slag,reducing slab cutting seam,and improving dry slag recycling. The ferrous material consumption is reduced,remarkable economic benefits are gained.
